While NewsBin has been around since 1995, our first sale through this website was October 24, 1997. NewsBin was one of the first binaries-only newsreaders and is the only one still actively in development for more than 10 years. Now there are upwards of 100 copycats trying to do the same thing with only a handful that compete at our level. As long as Usenet exists, we plan to continue improving NewsBin and keep it at the top of the heap of Usenet Downloading Software.
